Shipping & Delivery Policy for online services and reports: April 2025

Welcome to the Talocity Talent Ecosystem (“Talocity”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). At Talocity, we provide fully digital services, including career assessments and AI-generated career reports, hiring SaaS, learning & more. As all services are delivered online, this policy outlines the terms related to the delivery of these digital products.

Mode of Delivery

There is no physical shipment of any items. All services and products, including AI-powered career reports, are delivered digitally via:

  1. Your registered Talocity user account
  2. Email (if applicable)
  3. In-platform dashboard access

Delivery Timeline

  1. Your career report will typically be made available within 30-60 minutes of completing the full assessment, subject to platform load and processing times.
  2. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to system or connectivity issues.

Access Instructions

  1. Once your report is ready, you will receive a notification via email or SMS.
  2. You can log in to your account at talocity.ai and access your report from your dashboard under the relevant section.

While we strive for immediate processing, delivery may be delayed due to:

  1. Incomplete or inaccurate user information.
  2. Technical issues or server downtime.
  3. High user traffic volumes

In such cases, please contact touchless@talocity.ai with your registered email and assessment ID for prompt assistance.

Non-Receipt of Report

If you do not receive your career report within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder (for email delivery).
  2. Ensure your assessment was fully completed.
  3. Contact our support team for resolution

No Shipping Charges

As this is a digital-only service, there are no shipping or handling charges applicable.
